How do you stray away from always being “the relationship type”?

So this will come across as a sort of humble brag but there’s a message to it.

On paper, I am realistically very much “good boyfriend material”. I’m self sufficient, I have a decent career for my age, I work hard, I have motivation, and am generally good looking. I don’t think there’s ever been a girl I wasn’t sleeping with who hasn’t gotten attached in some way.

How do I counteract this? I’m just not boyfriend material. On paper, sure. In practice? Fuck no. I’m somewhat rude (not literally I just have strong boundaries and people think it’s rude). I can be very sarcastic and facetious. I tend to get into “trouble” (used to be a drug dealer, got into fights when I was younger etc), and I plainly flirt with many women.

I have had situations where girls were attracted to that negativity but frankly, they weren’t exactly “wifey” material.

Do you try doing relationship things while interacting with these women? If so, that’s almost always leads to someone wanting more. If u wanna keep it fun, there needs to be a boundary and a clear conversation about it from the jump otherwise things get messy. I also think they see you as a relationship guy because you might be acting like one when y’all are together. I would suggest not making yourself easily available

Being honest and assertive from the get go with your intentions and finding partners who wish the same as you.

I think you can try and come off as being more disagreeable with her opinions, I'm not saying you should be a jerk but don't give her your validation. Anytime they bring up the relationship talk, just let them know you ain't ready, if they persist it's just a test or sometimes the woman being manipulative to see how you react, and of course you are being percieved like that because that's how you project yourself on to them, also I think women know after two or three fucks if they want commitment or just have fun with a guy, then pull up the "what are we now" and that's normal, just be able to communicate you don't want commitment
