WARNING : WALL OF TEXT INCOMING

I appreciate you guys reading this if you do, even if you don't make any comments, it's nice to get this out in the open!

PLEASE NOTE: I know it looks like I'm summarising how to play these games, but I kind of wanted to do so, so that it's more obvious where I've thrown in another method. So what I'm asking is if these methods would work, if they seem to flow naturally, what you would do differently etc.

As much as I love using games like "5 questions" or "The Best Friends Test" or even the basic "The Questions Game" (which is, for me, THE perfect game to play), and completely agree that they do work in building attraction and just having fun, what I find difficult is how to actually get to playing said games WITHOUT IT SEEMING RANDOM OR WEIRD.

They're very, very situational games in my opinion.

For example, I would find it weird to introduce yourself to someone, have the usual boring conversation etc, then just go "Hey, have you ever played the 5 questions game?".

Is it wrong to make it more natural instead of just throwing it out there in a moment of conversation lull, or is it actually okay to drop it in randomly?

I'm wording this all terribly aren't I.

Let me boil it down; do you find better success with a girl's desire/excitement/willingness to complete the above games if you randomly ask them if they've played them during a lull in conversation or when you first met them, or do you find it's better if you weave it into conversation later on?

Finally, how do YOU initiate Kino during these games?

So, after reading some FRs yesterday and getting a few ideas, last night I tried to think of ways to get these games going whilst doing some obvious kino at the same time.

Because I'm yet to be convinced that you can just ask a girl if she's played one of the above games BEFORE building some comfort and/or rapport with her, I believe these games should be subtly dropped into conversation, yet find it hard to think of a good way to do it.

So, I'd like to take each game and comment on them, saying where I find it hard to get the game going naturally, and any examples of what I think could work:

The Questions Game

So, I find this is the best game for pretty obvious reasons, and can sometimes be the only game you need to play to close.

But, what do you think is the most natural way to begin playing it?

Once the game has started, I'm fine, I can go all day and make it fun, I just can't think of a decent time/way to start it without it seeming random.

I'll give you an example from a girl a few weeks ago, who I was about to try the questions game on but didn't:

(Note: we've exchange pleasantries, we're in a group having a laugh, and she's sat next to me talking to me about whatever. What I tend to do if I haven't really met her yet and had a good talk, is ask her a question based on what SHE has been saying to other people.

For example, this other girl at my place just had a new tattoo. The girl next to me who I was planning on gaming on for practice in the example above said she was thinking of getting one too. This was perfect for me, as I have been considering getting one too recently, so I just said "I think it's cool you're thinking of getting a tattoo. What kind would YOU go for?". She said what she wanted (a palm tree) and why (she had a sentimental reason linked to being home), so I told her what I was thinking of getting and the back and forth was pretty natural on that regarding tattoos, how much we thought it would hurt etc, and then I asked about her home and why it meant so much to her etc. She started turning toward me which I took as an IOI, with some forearm touches from her and I was in.

To be honest, I'd been saying almost NOTHING so far. Apparently I make a great listener.

She enthusiastically grabbed my hand and pulled me off the couch and said she hoped I was coming dancing with them. Unfortunately I lost her in the club, no close. Bummer.)

Anyway, back to how to start the game naturally, during the convo, I'm thinking of saying something like:

  • ME: "You know, it's a bit sad that people never really get to KNOW each other these days. For instance, you and I have just met. We don't really know anything about each other...yet. So, how spontaneous would you say you are?"

  • HER: "I'd say I'm pretty spontaneous!"

  • ME: "Great! Do you like playing games?"

  • HER: "Yeah!"

  • ME: "Okay, we're going to play The Questions game (or sometimes I'll ask if she's played the 5 questions game). Ever played it before?"

  • HER: "No, not that I can think of." (If she says yes, ask if she remembers the rules. If she can't, then I'd explain, otherwise just get on with the game if she can).

  • ME: "Well, it's simple, BUT, we have rules to follow (I'd touch her on the forearm or shoulder when I say "rules", I also try to say "rules" in a playful way with raised eyebrows and a smile to make them seem exciting).

  • ME: "The first rule of the questions game is, you do NOT talk about the questions game (this should get a laugh, as I almost always say that as a first rule for any game I've ever played, and I get a laugh every time. If she looks confused or doesn't respond in any way and is juts listening, I'd pause, then laugh and neg her saying "You've NEVER seen Fight Club? Oh god girl, we need to educate you.")"

  • ME: "Okay, seriously, the first rule is you have to ask interesting questions. None of these interview questions like "what do you do for a living", okay? We have plenty of time to learn about all that. Keep it fun!" Second rule is. You have to answer honestly." Third rule. You can't ask a question that's already been asked. And the fourth and final rule...(pause for effect)...YOU have to go first."

Now, here, my first few questions will be as fun as possible.

  • What's your favourite dinosaur and why? (Thanks Seddit, this question is genious as it has so many branches. You can talk about Jurrassic Park. This should lead to film talk. You can do a cold-reading of her personality based on her choice of Dino. You can neg her about her choice "A Raptor!? Oh come on, can't you pick something more original like me? I'm a pterodactyl baby, they're badass."
  • If a genie came along and POOF! you could be anything you wanted, what would it be and why? And you can't say princess.
  • If there were clones of you everywhere in the room, what would you wear or do to stand out?
  • Are you a dog or a cat person? Why so?

Stole these questions from Seddit (credit where credit is due, can't remember who posted some of those questions, so I won't claim them as my own!) and some PUA books like The Mystery Method and The Game.

I'd then naturally progress to more sexual questions for fun like:

  • When was your first kiss and what was it like?
  • Weirdest place you've ever had sex and why?

Etc etc.

As for the Kino? Well this one's quite easy to be honest. I would be playfully patting or pushing each other with our answers, as the opportunities to neg her are limitless. "You'd do WHAT!? No way! That's it, I can't be seen talking to you now/That's it, we're breaking up, I want my CDs back." etc.

If neither of you are laughing when you're playing, then you're of course doing the game wrong.

Any suggestions or advice?

5 Questions Game

Now, I'd do the same as I would for The Questions game.

After some basic conversation, tell her about how much of a shame it is people don't take the time to get to know each other these days etc.

Then, simply insert The 5 Questions Game instead of The Questions game.

So, I'm thinking of going:

  • ME: "You know, it's a bit sad that people never really get to KNOW each other these days. For instance, you and I have just met. We don't really know anything about each other...yet. So, how spontaneous would you say you are?"

"Have you ever played The 5 Questions Game? No? Okay, come sit here." and get her to sit next to me if she isn't already. If she is already sat next to me, I wouldn't say come sit next to me (duh).

I'll usually turn toward her now and she should turn toward me (IOI?).

  • ME: "Mkay. So, The 5 Questions Game. This one's really easy. The idea to this is that I ask you 5 questions, and you simply have to answer each question wrong."

  • HER: "Each question wrong? Okay, that sounds easy."

  • ME: "Yeah, so if I were to ask what city are we in, you'd say?

Hopefully she says a different city, otherwise I'd just raise an eyebrow until she realises she's made a mistake.

  • ME: "See, easy right? Tell you what, we should make it more interesting then, so let's bet something."

  • HER: "Okay."

  • ME: "Anything in mind? How about a drink sometime? If you fail to answer a question wrong, you buy me a drink sometime. If you answer them all wrong, you can think of a...sacrifice for me." Sly smile.

  • HER: "Okay, sure." Hopefully she'll say something playful instead which you can neg her or be cocky about. "Pfft, that doesn't scare me, you're going to have to do better than that to impress me."

  • ME: "Great. But before we start, can you do me a favour?"

As I ask this, I start fishing into my jean pockets.

  • HER: "I guess."

  • ME: "Could you hold something for me?"

  • HER: "Err, okay."

  • ME: "Just put your hand out for me." If she's clearly worried I'm going to do something, I'll pause fishing around with my hand still in my pocket, and say "don't you trust me? I thought you said you were spontaneous!". Hopefull she should have her hand out.

I then put my hand in hers.

  • ME: "Thanks."

I'd imagine she'll laugh based on FRs I've read, and if she starts to pull her hand away, I'd say "That's a shame, it makes the game ,more fun if you keep my hand in yours."

If she DOESN'T pull it away, that to me is an IOI, and I would start subtly rubbing her hand with my thumb, give her a squeeze and see if she squeezes back (IOI), interlock our fingers now and then, move my hand slowly up and down and see if she follows it, all whilst I keep talking and we keep playing the game.

  • ME: "You ready? Do you want a warmup round or should we just go straight into it, what with you thinking it sounds SOOOOOO easy and everything?"

Would this reverse psychology work to get her to go straight into it with no warmup?

  • HER: "You jerk!" Hopefully a playful slap. "Let's just start."

  • ME: "Oooh, confident much? (Playfully of course, hopefully get a flirty smack on the arm) Okay. What colour is my hair?

  • HER: "Red."

  • ME: "Quick learner. What day is it?"

  • HER: "Tuesday."

  • ME: "Am I wearing a hoodie?"

  • HER: "Yes."

  • ME: "That's good! Wow, you're really good at this."

I will then ask someone else if she's always this good with any sort of question games, and try and branch onto some other conversation with someone else, still holding her hand and looking at her now and again. If there are people looking at us, I'll ask them "What?" and smile. This should get them talking about how funny this all looks etc.

Essentially, I'd do anything as natural as possible that would make it look like I've been distracted. Ask a mate to grab me a beer if he's walking past etc, anything.

I'd do this just for 10 seconds or so, so she doesn't get bored and pull her hand away and think the game is over.

  • ME: "Oh, of course, how rude of me. We were playing a game weren't we. Right."

I'll put on a confused look.

  • ME: "Err...wait, how many questions was that so far?"

Now, if she says 3, I'd say "Well then, when should we have that drink?"

If she says any other number or even a random animal or something, I'll smile slowly and say "Ahhhh damn, you got me."

She'll laugh no doubt.

  • ME: "You've played this before haven't you!?"

I'll say that whilst half-laughing.

  • HER: "No, never!"

  • ME: Sly smile "...got you on the 5th one." I'm not a fan of the enthusiastic, childish jump up and pointing at her like Style does.

If she says she HAS played it before, should I say something like "Damn it! Okay, go easy on me with the sacrifice. Whadd'ya got?"

This is something that has always bugged me about the 5 question game: What the hell do you say if she says she HAS played it before?

I've never seen an answer to this.

Anyway, even if we are or aren't holding hands once the game is over, would it be good to say:

-ME: "I should tell you a secret."

Lean in.

-ME: "Having our hands together doesn't make a difference in the game, I just wanted a reason to hold it."

Finally, what conversation branch would you go down after the game is over?

So, could you take my examples above and see how I could improve then, come up with a better way to initiate the game if you have any suggestions, and what you would talk about once the game is over.

Thanks!
