You need to make friends that either go to or host parties. Normally I’d encourage people to host their own but if you’re completely new to it, go to others first.

You need to make friends to go to parties. Why did you not join a fraternity?

To make friends you have to show up to the same places at the same time. Some sort of class or activity. If you spend most every day looking at a screen then you will not have friends.
