How exactly should I word this when asking her out?

The first one actually works better.

Here's why: You already have 2 tickets to the show. If you make the other ticket specifically for her then its very needy. No matter how dominantly you phrase it, the fact is you're already dependent on her showing up because she would be the only person you wanted to go with you to that thing. If you instead make her just one of the people you're asking then she won't feel like she has you yet and therefore won't take you for granted or try to take advantage of you or just be turned off.

So what's the best response if she denies? Go with a different girl. Don't say anything, just go.

If she says “maybe, I’ll see” you say, "Ok let me know by tomorrow." if she says she can't let you know by then and never tells you when she can let you know then say, "Nah. Its ok. Nevermind." she might say she's sorry or something, just don't respond. If she texts again after that and presses the issue tell her to relax because you have other people that can join you and you should actually have other people, preferably other hot girls but no need to tell her who you're going with unless she specifically asks.

When it gets to this point, the only way she'd be able to go with you now is if she goes out of her own way to do it. She might say something like, "Ok, I can do Friday but I need you to pick me up at X." You should say, "Uhh yeah, I can't. Its too out of my way/I'll be too busy/whatever. But really, its fine, don't worry about it." don't tell her to do anything just let her volunteer to meet you at the place on her own or just let her give up and you go with someone else.

The more you make her feel like you don't have all your chips on her and you're not mad at all the more she will want to show up because if she's a bitch she'll want to feel important but you're not giving her any of that so she will keep trying to get that or cuss you out and try to make you feel guilty about nothing and if she's a cool girl with a decent personality then she'll think you're cool because she'll see that you're already happy with your life which will make her feel that you must have a pretty fun life and are fun to be with.

I actually like to say my friend canceled and I have an extra ticket. Makes her think you are thinking of her and had an opportunity to hang present itself
