Hey guys, I need your advice on something. At what point in an interaction with a girl do you agree that she's just not interested in you, instead of it being a shit test?

I'm asking this because I approached an HB8 from my class and she was kinda hot and cold when I chatted her. Now, I'm not really sure if she's even interested in me and kinda wanna just move on but then some may say that it's common for hotter girls to shit test guys more. So what do you guys think?
