That's a sign of trying too hard to impress. You are being needy. The more you try the less you will succeed. Stop trying to focus on coming across as a fun and exciting guy. Just focus on your own enjoyment.

You really dont need humor. Its nice to have but its not required with woman. What you need is knowing how to tease them all the time.

Dude share your funny moments with her and then ask about her moments. Then proceed to tease her when she tells you about it

Uh as zesty as you feel like? What is funny to you in the moment? Talk about that. Make a joke or observation you think is funny, chuckle at it. If she's not feeling it then maybe she's having a bad day or maybe you're just incompatible. Don't identify with their reaction. Do what you feel is fun and you'll eventually find a person that thinks the same way.

You can throw in a joke once or twice but do it too much and you won't be taken seriously. The conversations you want are the ones that are deep. Deep conversations connect on an emotional level as though the person you have known for 5 minutes has known you for 5 years. They can range from your love of ice cream during your childhoods to something more vulnerable. Of course, the ice cream topic is more fun.

Best conversation would-be you talking for 30% and she doing the rest and the key to do it is to expand on stuff she is talking and only joke when you think this can benefit the conversation or take it some where else the one man act takes a toll on your mentality hard

How zesty or normal should your conversation be?

I use deep emotional stories, funny stories, DHV stories, I ask emotional and personal questions about family, goals, life, etc.. I tease her, I try to build rapport, I try to flirt... it all becomes second nature after a while if you are constantly chatting..

I try to ask follow-up questions like... 'so what made you want to become a teacher?" .. If she's not opening up, you can continue.. "....To feel that you're making a difference in young minds, or to get summers off, or you just loved school so much?'

The biggest thing is to speak smoothly, slowly, happy vibe, confidently... one thing should segue into another.. it should not feel like an interview.

There's lots of starting points on the net and PUA materials if you need a 'list'.. here's one that's not the worst if you have no material whatsoever...... yes the questions are weird but its based on a physcological study of getting strangers to fall in love with each other by asking a set of questions...
