Improved social habits- Eye contact with whole group, being confident in my words, saying w/e I want too, being honest and not trying to protect myself, opening up.

The value of kino, smiling, and eye contact.

Also learnt to dress better, better hair cut, might seem like little things but I've noticed a huge difference in the amount of girls that look at me.

I dress better with clothes that actually fit my newly fit body
Helped me gather the motivation to get into a sport that is universally considered cool/social/fucking awesome (climbing)
I am no longer completely oblivious to common IOI's
I am now very aware of eye contact and body language in myself and others.
I am less afraid to talk to people
I've come away with the understanding that if I want something done, I've got to handle it and I no longer expect anyone to do anything for me (unless I ask of course, which is also something cool that I've noticed)
Have not had sex yet, but I've gotten some kind of physical contact between 4 different girls in the time frame of 6 months compared to 0 for 21 years. It doesn't mean much to others, but I see a huge improvement
I no longer worry about pleasing others in the hopes that they accept me.
I can better allow myself to have fun and be in the moment

Things that need work:

I am still pretty outcome dependent when talking to attractive women-need to get more reps in
Building out my social network of friends (I don't have any tremendous friendships to speak of with people in my hometown since I moved back in after school)

I discovered seddit to learn ways to attract this one girl I was obsessing over. I killed attraction by not showing IOIs to her, such as bad eye contact, not enough kino (she started with first, I never really returned it), and more.

Seddi helped me out notice IOIs better, as well as making myself much more attractive and appealing to other girls. Things like not being needy, insecure, and more.

Its kind of weird watching my younger friends make the same mistakes I did in the past, with the knowledge I have now.

This stuff is motivating but you won't get better unless you are out in the field making mistakes and getting real experience. One criticism I have is that you don't know if those answering posts are real Don Juan's or trolls in their basements. This video from a true expert was on the front page of r/seduction yesterday and I learned more from it than months of spectating these posts.
