When you really think about it, you are everything you are supposed to be on the Internet.

To get good with girls, everyone says to be yourself and to be confident. On the Internet, you give 0 fucks. You will only post how you truly feel about a subject and you are confident in the content posted. Furthermore, you certainly don't give a fuck what some idiot has to say on reddit before you post.

Perhaps being on the Internet won't help you per say, but it will give you insight on how you conduct yourself when you are being yourself/being confident/lacking a fuck. And to add, I believe you end up just getting to the point, rather than including fluff, when you are posting on the Internet. No one wants to hear your sob story on /r/Fitness, they just want you to push through it and share your success story afterwards.

It goes deeper than that though. In fact, I will hop right over a post I dislike or find to be too long simply because it is incorrectly structured or has horrible word choice. For example, I think it is the lamest thing to say "HB7" etc., so I will pass over anything on seddit with that. And for every HB, kino, canned-opening cringe thread, there are 10 new, possibly better quality threads just waiting to be opened by me. I guess you could consider yourself as the sexiest girl in the room when you are fapping and getting le uptokes on le reddit. Just imagine it, you aren't going to give that redditor's post a chance if the post comes off as disingenuous or unoriginal.

Just like in real life, sometimes the stupid, cheesy bullshit might work, but canned crap will only work in the most fortunate of situations. Just like all the stupid shit that is used way too often on here (i.e. trying to force "Instructions unclear, dick stuck in ___" or "SCIENTISTS HATE HIM" bullshit).

What do you all think seddit? Has or does the Internet forum usage help you be a more direct, confident person? Or do you think it could potentially help you? I don't think you could ever be the same exact person on and off the Internet as the mediums are polar opposites, but I think if you could try to match the way in which you speak on the Internet, you'd be much better off. At least I think my posting is much more coherent and to-the-point than anything I say.
