I am about to go smoke up with a girl who I worked with over the summer. We'll be alone in my car. I am just not sure how I am going to escalate things. Especially because she has a boyfriend.

I guess she must be interested if she wants to hang out with me alone. She has texted me a bunch of times saying she wants to see me. But how in the hell am I going to actually get things moving in the right direction? I'll be sure to "kino" some but...I am failing to see how that'll lead to us hooking up.
