Definitely way too much comes off as creepy.
You got her number you don’t need to compliment her anymore. You obviously found her attractive hence asking for the number. Doesn’t need to be said.
Don’t put yourself down. The I hadn’t shaved all that. It makes you come across as lacking confidence. Another strike.
The casual date/meetup also seems a little forced. Just pitch an idea and start there.

There is a thin line between flattery and obsession.
You want her to feel special that you made the effort but you don’t want to make it a bigger deal than it is.
You found her. You liked her. You went for it great. Now you want to normalize your interaction between her so you can start to build some repoire with her not make her think this guy has never talked to a girl before and now he’s going to stalk me simply because I gave him my number.

You have already laid down all your cards. She doesn't have to work to get you or chase you and there's no mystery or challenge. The best thing you can do now after sending that kind of text is pull back hard. At least that will make her wonder if she did something? Or was the text a mistake?
She might already like you but she won't value you without having to work to get you.

Your compliments were WAY too much to the point its cringe and borderline cringy. Like it sounds like you are graced to just be in her presence. This is stuff you say when you already have a connection, not to a stranger.
Next time keep it simple and say "Hey its ___ from Arby's. I'm getting drinks at (place) at (day and time) with some friends, you should come join!". Pretty much just remind her who you are, and then invite her to wherever.
