I am ugly and from a conservative country. I am 23 years old and never had a female friend/girlfriend. I don't know, how to approach women and my over thinking/paranoia prevents me from even looking at beautiful women around me.

How do some men flirt? What's flirting? I only see genetically superior people doing it or people who have high IQ to be witty.
