The worst things you can do is to start a conversation during work. So if you really want to know her. You have two solution.

1) take some information from other people, insta, Facebook, or whatever. Then try to know where she usually go, and try to start a conversation in this situation.

2) wait till she start talk to you.

Anyway, your attitude seems good, so I think you already know what I’m saying. Even with this, I want to remember that you should never force events. If you want to talk with a girl, then the best way you can do is to organize a fiction where you, casually, start talking with her. Don’t force events. I leave you an example.

You want to know a girl to the stop bus. Ask if the bus is always late, now you can start a conversation. This approach, is better then “hello, I think you are really cute.” And if you are wondering why. Well. The real difference is the place.

If you are in a pub, in a disco, or a night place, well, the “hello, you are cute” could work. But as you may know. An opening like this is not working in other place like: work, school, day place.

So if you want to know her. Wait till you have the right opportunity. You don’t have to rush. Just wait. Girls love to wait..
