Talk to her, simply between sets, when she is not in a sit or on her phone, 1- approach when she is staring into nothing or looking around 2- ask her whats your name? Blah blah then introduce yourself and ask her how long she has been lifting for 3- let her talk as much as she possibly can, ask one question and repeat statements and she will go on and on 4- dont ask for insta or number, just compliment one thing about her, face or body or fit, literally anything and tell her you will see her around

Now you wait after setting the bait

If she gave you any clue next time she see you, like a smile or wave or “hi” then you go ask for her contact and invite her out, if not then its okay, catch up with her in the gym every week or so just retapping about something from the initial convo that she told u she wanna do or working on

Unless you have the skill built is gonna be hard and the gym isn’t the best place either. If she dropping hella hints then it’s worth it but I wouldn’t be held up on it. Instead I would suggest trying to improve your skills so that if you find someone attractive you don’t wait until things get awkward and extended. Good luck bro lmk what you decide

Gym is pretty much the worst place to approach.

Don't approach in a gym unless you are invited to.
