I have recently met a girl in my team a week ago and have had some casual conversations. I want to indicate that I want something more than just being friends before i fall into friendzone permanently. I'm afraid that if things don't go well it would make it awkward when we work together in the future.

P.S. I understand dating at work is not the best idea but I'm willing to risk it as I like her a lot
