Don't worry about the opinions of others. Concentrate on building yourself as the best person you can be and learn to have massive self-respect. Don't let people walk all over you.

Improve SMV. Dress well,get a good haircut, adhere to grooming standards, and be quick to call people out for not respecting you. "Act like you own the world/are a prince or king" is a good mindset to have in this situation. Then other people have to qualify themselves to you rather than the other way around.

Honestly if recommend that you ask a male friend for advice. And tell him that you want the 100% trough. Someone who observes you interact will have a way better chance of knowing what the problem is thank we will. (Take his advice with a grain of salt tho)

I'm am not an expert on respect at all. But these are some of my theories.

Believe in your words when you say them. Become more accomplished. Don't need people's validation but do impressive stuff for you.
