Girls are only boring through text because she's not interested in you. There's no magic lines to send bro if shes not replying or just saying "True" or other boring 1 word responses like "Good", "Yes.", etc. She's trying to make you get the hint shes not interested without hurting your feelings. Girls who are interested will put in a little bit more effort than 1 word responses.

Ask her if there's a country she's always wanted to visit, and when she tells you, ask why she wants to go there. That will open up a line of dialogue.
