When you're having playful banter back and forth with a girl whos interested in you, what do you do/say when she says the last comeback that you have no idea how to respond to it?

Example: girl I was having a convo with said she choked on her spit when I surprised her today, she said I'd have to do CPR on her. I said sure I can do mouth to mouth, and she laughed and was like "no, you have to do the Heimlich maneuver", and yadda yadda forgot what I said but I kept the banter going and it eventually ended with her getting the last comeback.

I think mentally I was trying to maintain my body language and tone of voice rather than following what was actually said (i'm kinda weak at conversating when I have other things I'm focusing on).
