I get to a point in the conversation with female friends of mine where I can say something really nice about them that would honestly make them go " wow....that was really sweet and thoughtfull" but i never can get or organize the words well enough to get that reaction. I feel like this is a huge turning point in the conversation that could really help me out, so any advice?
