you need to love yourself and go get used to chilling with hot women, make them laugh and naturally touch them (i.e. arms, legs [just a brief touch to establish contact]), very little at first, but more over time. of course, if you burn it with one woman, move on to the next, and DONT SHOW NEEDINESS OR COMPLAIN as it's the main thing that turns women off.

if they are very giggly or staring, that's a sign that you should proceed with more touching, but if not, don't. natural behavior (i.e. not being intense about anything) and innocent double entendres are key to advancing

eventually the idea is you want to be able to match her mood and sexual interest and elevate it in SMALL ways, she'll become intense and touch you back if it's working and then you can go at it

clubs and bars are great because everyone wants the same thing usually so it's a lot easier

I'm finally getting buff from many days in the gym and you get a lot of confidence from looking good, but you need the advancement social skills too, which is just practice; get someone who gets a lot of chicks and ask to go with him to a club and watch

Hey man, the other advice you got here wasn't great so I just wanted to pipe in. You're very lucky to get feedback from her so that you can improve your game with the next girl: "You didn't make any moves"

When a woman tells you this, it means you didn't escalate fast enough. From the first moment you meet a girl, sexual attraction is dwindling so you have to keep her interested. You do this by constantly escalating with her and it usually looks like this: greeting > small talk > flirting > deeper conversations > light physical touch > intimate physical touch > kissing, and it's downhill from there.

Many guys are uncomfortable with physical escalation (myself too) because they weren't raised with it, they're afraid of being a creep, etc but it's the difference between being a friend and being a sexual partner. If you guys were playing 36 questions, you've definitely got the deeper conversation and flirting down, but without the physical escalation she started seeing you as a friend and attraction started to fade.

Now that she sees you as a friend and she has an emotional connection with you without the sexual attraction, it will be hard to break out of it. With future women, you will have to escalate quicker, make your intentions known early, and get them comfortable with you touching them.
