I like to imagine I am Conan O'Brien and ask questions as if they are on the show. So really polite but probing questions about themselves especially.

Ask questions about what she's telling you. You might think it's hard but when a person tells you something, you already have a question waiting in your head. Hell, even a "why are you telling me this?" works sometimes. If you really can't ask any questions, then talk about yourself in relation to whatever she talks to you about. "Oh you did this? I also have a friend that did this." Something like that. This is coming from my introvert self and it works for me. It just takes practice.

Ask her questions! When she responds, let her have the spotlight. Become an active listener, hanging off every word she says. Don't try to come up with something brilliant to respond with, just be present in the conversation. Respond accordingly, relate the story to yourself, or respond with a follow up question.

Also, don't be afraid of silence. The lull in the conversation causes tension, don't be afraid to let this build. Let her invest in the conversation by coming up with something to say.

Lastly, be self-amusing in a conversation. Be playful and have the undertone of flirty the whole time.
