You should not tell the girl you have any actual romantic/sexual goals in mind, other than just “having fun meeting people”.

Sex should happen spontaneously without making it seem like that was your plan all along. It should be the heat of the moment that is just turning both of you on.

She is not your girlfriend unless you talk about having a relationship. So don't talk about it. In fact don't talk about it even if you do want a relationship because it makes you risk coming off as needy. Let her bring it up. Other than that what dude said is right. Just escalate physically.

In trying to hook up with a girl, there's always an underlying game and sub communication but it is never explicitly stated. Girls never want to just "hook up" explicitly because they don't want to seem like a "slut."

Best way to hook up with a girl is simply to meet up with her in person and physically/sexually escalate. That's all there is too it, you don't have to say that you're just trying to hook up explicitly. Just get them out on a date, and escalate.

You don't have to say you're looking for a relationship and trick the girl either, just vibe with them through text/phone and try to meet up.

Ask her to come to your place to do x(like watching movie,playing games anything nonsexual).Make moves on her,touch her,kiss her,and so on.

In bars when girls are drunk it shouldnt bee a problem,just flirt and escalate.LIke someone here in the comment mentioned,you never tell her directly that you want to have sex with her,you make it happen.
