Look deeply into her eyes, put your hand behind her neck and slowly but steadily pull her in and do it, It's harder than it sounds.

It feels a lot like looking down a cliff you're about to jump off (Say there's a lake at the bottom), It's one of those things where you just have to commit to what you want to do and realize even if it doesn't go as planned you'll be fine. And don't worry, I've found myself in the same situation as you plenty of times but I'm getting over it.
