This won’t help, but I never have a set formula. Best to go off the top of my head to personalise it. Last time I met a girl was at the bar last Sunday and we just started joking about how long it was taking us to get served. Then we started doing dares to see who could do the most crazy thing to get the barmaids attention. She won and I said for all your hard work, you deserve a date with me...she laughed and put her number in my phone. Honestly it takes 2. I’ve “died” plenty of times in a conversation, and that’s because the girl is giving me nothing to work with, mainly because she’s not interested. Generally I keep chats short, usually it’ll be in a bar which is noisy, she’ll have friends lurking around and it’s not an atmosphere conducive to a long “getting to know you session”. Once she’s smiling and engaging, a couple of jokes, introduce myself, ask what are my chances of taking her out sometime. Get her number, and get outta there.

Try using assumptions to spark curiosity. Mix those in with 77 questions to ask a girl. Also, tell her random things about yourself (without her asking - just tell her something). And change the subject regularly (and randomly to whatever you want) at the beginning. With those 4 things you have a simply formula for making fun conversations with chicks.
