Okay, first of all I must say thanks for all this sub has given me, and how much it has changed me and boosted the amount of time I flirt with girls and how you've helped me in improving as a social being in general. The following post won't be spectacular, and it is only some ideas that may help.

1 year ago I was really shy and an introvert, had social anxiety and scenic panic. Since then I´ve improved my social skills dramatically. Partly I gained confidence thanks to my (ex-)girlfriend and partly because inside my head I was constantly repeating: "Imma baus" which works for me, also I followed the advice that has been repeated over and over here: fake it until you make it. Which definitely works. So recently my 'girlfriend' broke up with me, which was fine, in fact it was awesome, you know why? I finally realized I could get to date a better chick. I removed all negative thoughts from my mind, and simply avoided all memories related to her.

I used to have close to zero physical contact with my female classmates, I even avoided it. Now I look for it, sometimes for the fun of it and sometimes to build up sexual tension. I learned to look at girls deep into the eyes in the most sexual way when listening, and I have a pretty deep sexy voice so cool. I don't give a fuck of my looks (which aren't great, but I'm definitely not ugly).

So as the title says this is about being motivated, so I have a little list on what has helped me this last few months (no specific order) and which could help guys out there to improve their inner game:

·Work out: The feeling you get after exercising really helps.

·Talk to anyone, make eye contact with strangers and smile at them.

·Get yourself a passion.

·Set yourself achievable goals.

·Listen to music that gets you pumped.

·Think always positive.

·If you are in a bad situation, laugh at the situation itself.

·Know you are cool, that is it, believe in this, it helps, a lot.

·Compete with yourself, you can always improve.

·Learn stuff.

·Have clear priorities, write them down and aim for them.
