When you realise it’s possible to speak to any hot girl you see day to day, how do you not feel like a failure for not speaking to them?

Simple answer: start cold approaching

I know. So I have done a few cold approaches while on holiday or travelling or whatever but just day to day at home I haven’t started yet. Like i was just on lunch and saw this proper cutie in the salad joint and didn’t speak to her and regret it and now feel like a failure.

Interested to hear firstly how people dipped their toes in to start cold approaching in the day and also how not to feel like a failure at every missed opportunity of a hot girl walking past you.
