From my observation, it’s easier to open the girl that is slightly isolated from the group then engage the other ones. Approach shoulder to shoulder not your whole body facing her. You can stick around and wait for multiple eye contact but you can waste your whole night waiting for this to happen though hehe.

Introduce yourself to the one that's not being entertained. She looks bored waiting for somebody to say something to her. If you're normal she'll introduce you to the rest of them.
