Start gaming lots of other girls. Put this one on the back burner by low-level gaming her at infrequent intervals so that one day when you can actually get together again, things can happen.

You should have a list of hot prospects that you're trying to date immediately or in the next week or so, and a warm list of girls who for various reasons are not immediately available.

The hot list girls are gamed in the usual ways that PUAs teach.

The warm list girls are gamed with occasional texts, phone calls or IG posts that bring attention in a subtle, non bragging way to your awesome life, your achievements, travels, cool friends/girlfriends ... I mean really subtle and not too frequent. That's how you keep yourself on the "maybe" list of your ex's, girls who friendzoned you, girls who like you but are in a relationship etc.
