So, I have danced with and made out with girls in clubs, but it's really hard for me to get them to progress because I can't hear them at all since I'm partially deaf so I use my body language, but it only gets me as far as making out and I wanted to know if there's any tips to getting a girl to want to go outside to talk when you can't talk to them at all inside?

Also, is there a way to use body language to go from dancing to kissing (which I can sort of do) to sex (never done it) while barely talking?
