2 things can help, posture and pronunciation. People associate high pitched voices and an exaggerated back arch with gay people. Don’t ask me why, but it’s definitely a stereotype. Speaking from the chest emulates a deeper voice. So when you speak, instead of feeling your nose, or esophagus vibrate, it should be your chest. To fix posture try to relax first, letting your body hang with a poor posture, and then try and work your back into a (for the most part) straight shape. It should feel uncomfortable at first but you’ll get used to it.
