Long story short, met a girl and we hit it off instantly, she did most of the work, we had a one night stand 6 months ago, and the second time due to issues with my D (severe phimosis - tight foreskin), I just could not perform the deed and shit fizzled out. I fixed that issue recently and am ready to pounce again.

I am still going after other girls, but this girl lives like 10 min away from me, and I see her from time to time ( i don't think she has seen me) - is it worth sending a message explaining the situation, and just being like let's get drinks?
