You can open both of them with "hello, I saw you walking and I thought you looked cute and wanted to say hi" and have fun in the conversation.

If she blows you out, do not go for her friend, that will make you look desperate. Just take the loss and do another approach.

Just say "Hi, do you got a minute? Sorry for interrupting but I thought you are really cute and I wanted to give you my number". Always apply social calibration, that is see if your behavior fits the situation. If you sense its okay to interrupt (aka the girls do not look like they are having deep talk right now) than you can approach.
