Okay, buddy, I got you on this one:

Compliments. This seems basic, but be specific. Try to pick things that you notice are special about this girl compared to other girls. Maybe a skill she has, a physical feature, or an air of personality. Why do you want the attention of this girl? Even if it's shallow, you can still make it special. Go for a compliment where it is obvious it has been constructed just for her-- these are your bread and butter. "Katrina, your hair looks really good like that, I like that you wear it down" kind of thing.
EYE CONTACT. Not eyes-drawn-to-boobs contact. Cannot emphasize this enough. Practice it. You feel like a total idiot practicing but high school is where to start. This is a skill that will help you your whole life just like
Dancing. If you take the time to learn how to do this, it will pay off in spades. The other guys might make fun of you in high school but that will end the first time you go somewhere nice with a college girl. After that you're the guy that all the girls brag to each other and their moms about. Dancing is fun anyway, and knowing how to dance is a good excuse to ask a girl to dance, which is a good way to give her attention. My roommate took ballroom dancing in high school, which I mocked him for once, but now I'm the idiot because all the hotties at weddings (parties, bars, basically all your co-ed social scenarios) want some of that dance action.
This one is gonna hurt, but it's the truth. You have to be direct. At some point, when you're alone with this girl, after you've buttered her up with a compliment, you have to tell her that you like her, and then probably compliment her again. Usually, this will work. Sometimes it will not, but even when it doesn't work out, it's an effort well spent because relationships only work if two people are on the same page-- and it saves you both time to realize that you aren't.
Final suggestion, to be taken with much caution: physical contact OCCASIONALLY. If she at any point seems discomforted STOP IMMEDIATELY. I am not talking about sex. Try saying goodbye by hugging her. Offer a hand if she's on the floor and standing up. Any chance at CASUAL physical contact you should take. Keep this non-sexual until she returns your feelings.

Well, depends on what you want the next level to be. If you just want to hump and dump, be straight forward about it. Just try not to e a dick about it. Example "I'm just trying to fuck" <----- Gets you nowhere. "I'm really just looking for fun until I find someone I want to be with" <----- Semi corny and a tad dickish but usually chicks either go for it, in my experience. Most chicks like to feel like they have the ability to be the game changer.
