I can't dance,and I think it's time I learned. What are some good videos I can watch to help, and what styles are the easiest?

In a night club, dancing is more about being comfortable in your own body than anything else. It's an expression of your mental state. Repetition is key to all good dancing.

However, I highly recommend you take salsa classes. You can learn to dance and meet girls at the same time.

Do you have rhythm? If you're listening to music, can you tap your foot or knee to the beat? Can you go "double time"? Can you do this for music at varying speeds? If not, I think this is the best place to start.

Just try listening to the beat and making small movements to it like tapping your hand or fingers, then moving your hips. Work your way up to a two-step (which can take you far!). Then try doing it while multitasking (reading/watching tv/washing your face and bouncing to music at the same time). Then go for salsa or more formal dance classes. If you don't have rhythm or can't find the beat you'll struggle with dancing.

Learning the two-step first is a good idea. Grinding and the other stuff depends on if you're comfortable with that, but it can be tons of fun!
