Best thing to do at this point is hit her up and be like "I totally forgot about saturday, my bad. what are you up to?"
She didn't ghost you, she just didn't hit you up. But you didn't her up either. As a guy, it's your job to do basically everything while also not appearing needy. Best way to do that is to treat a girl like an old friend. She had agreed to being on for Saturday as a maybe. Imagine that was a friend that you had known for years. What are you gonna do Saturday? Probably text them and be like "are you still up for tonight?" at some point to confirm.
You don't want to appear insecure, but not texting her to confirm it's on also comes off insecure. Basically it's a lose-lose, but welcome to dating. Just text her when you want to text her, and try not to want to text her. If that makes sense...

You should have texted her to confirm. Girls rarely do anything with you let them make the next move. Try to reschedule and see how she reacts. If she blows you off then let it go

I wouldn’t text her about it—even if you fake like you forgot. You have other things going on, right? Maybe so much that she’s kind of an afterthought. Right?
Since you see her around a lot, rekindle things in person and make something simple happen that night/day then make sure there’s something you can invite her to the upcoming weekend, unless she gives hints she’s planning on taking it easy—then tell her to just text you if she gets bored.

You should instead of asking her if Saturday will work ask her what days she’s free. If she gives you a wushu washy answer like “most evening” then make a suggestion for a day next week. If she again gives you another wishy washy answer like she did “might be jet-lagged.” Just say alright Susie or whoever, sounds like your busy. Let’s shoot for another time when your not as busy.”
If nothing comes of it check back in a week and she were she is at schedule wise with a “Hey, what’s your schedule looking like this coming week?”
