I find it really really hard to be "sexual" with a girl I'm attracted to, is there a fix?

Pedestal, pedestal, pedestal. You're putting every girl on a pedestal. You've got to think with the abundance mentality, the mentality that even if you fuck it up with girl A, there's always girls B-Z that you haven't even met yet. So say whats on your mind, like you would with a friend. Even if you crash and burn every time, you'll still accumulate knowledge and experience that will help you down the road. You can read up on this stuff as much as you want, but there is no substitute to really getting out there and doing it.

Be sexual despite the fear. Push yourself. And keep pushing. (I can tell you from the other side of sexual shame and fear that there is practically no limit to what you can tell a girl. Not only will it be okay if you are sexual, but it will make her want you.)

Have you heard of the concept of vulnerability? Being vulnerable, putting yourself out there, means showing your desire even if you feel it may fuck things up. What people often don't say is how excruciatingly awful vulnerability can feel. You will feel your stomach contracting and your heart pounding in your chest and you will start sweating and you can't believe you're going to say it, but maybe you shouldn't say it?, but fuck, you have to say it, you'r going to say it, deep breath... And then you do it. And you survive.

I really like one of my bestfriends who seems to be really attached to me. Although it's probably platonic love, rather than sexual. But whenever she flirts with me, or just plays cutesy, I tend to ignore it and play it as if I don't like her -- even though I clearly do... in my head (pun intended).
