Hey, man, I have a kid and I've found that girls on the whole LOVE it. It's all in how you present it. Custody will always be an issue for guys, so don't bring that up. I do it like this: After we've had a couple drinks, usually we'll talk about family, etc. and I'll say, "Oh, do you like kids?" And she'll say, "Yes." (what lady doesn't?) and I'll say, "I've got a kid--he's the best!" then I'll tell a quick, funny story about the two of us, say how much I love being a dad, and move the conversation on. If she doesn't seem receptive, you can throw in, "If you don't like kids, this isn't going to work out." Because, hey, it won't. My kid will always be above some girl I don't know very well. If you present it like it's a positive thing about yourself that you gain value from, she'll follow suit. Even girls who don't like kids usually find good dads to be a turn on. Does that help?

You're looking at it from the wrong angle. The fact you have a child is YOUR shit test. If the women you're meeting instantly get turned off just because you are a father, then they're not the women you want around you or your son in the first place. Mention you have a kid on the first date and frame everything that you're qualifying the woman to see if she's someone who you would even bring around son/daughter. It's not your problem that you're a father. It's their problem if they judge you off that. They judge, you next em.

There are also single mom's. But i have the same problem as you. And why cant you demand to see you kid more.. Its your rights as a dad.

The problem is that girls don't expect you to have a kid, so when you reveal this, they look at the downsides of it, independently of it having any real effect on your relationship with her. Even if they don't have anything against it, they don't know how to deal with it, so they would rather not bother with thinking too much for a guy they just meet and when they can just find another guy without a kid.

The solution is for them to figure out you have a kid in a way that it's not surprising for them and / or that they associate with positive qualities at that moment. These following might or might not be the best ideas, but this is what I can think of the top of my head: * Meet girls while your kid is around * Wear or be near whatever clothes or objects she might asociate with kids * Drive the conversation to mention qualities asociated with single dads, have her realize they match some of your qualities, and have her think it's highly possible until she asks on her own

If this is too complicated, the easiest path is to keep asking women out until you find one who doesn't cares about you having a kid.
