It's usually frowned upon to ask advice for a specific girl. Outcome independence and all that (meaning you get your hopes up and if/when she rejects you, you are crestfallen). No, she doesn't remember you so don't bring that up. Now you know the power of a smile, though. Read the sidebar; it'll help.
Well I already knew the power of a smile. So I propbably haven't learnt anything. Thanks for the advice though

If you really want to meet her plan on meeting her when its slow and tell her exactly whats on your mind. Just be cool about it.
"Hey I saw you the other night and I wanted to say Hi but my friends dragged me away... So I just happen to be in the area and I thought I stop by..."
Don't say you were drunk. Say something like "Yeah that night was a lot of fun... LOL"
The worst that can happen is her signaling her co-workers to come for a rescue if she feels uncomfortable. Try to leave with a number.

Like talk to her causal as if you're talking to an old friend. I wouldn't ask her for her opinion. That's seeking validation.
