Dont go around listing routines and lines to your friends, it will come off as creepy and weird. Besides those things are only meant as guides and are not directly useful, keep them in the back of your mind as ways to come up with your own ideas

My story is a little bit related too (the difference is I'm 23 and I'm trying to help out my 25yr old roommate who's been laid once). My roommate (call him J) got laid once about a year ago and then decided to never call her again despite the fact she was perfect for him- but that's beside the fact. Since then he's been a walking pity party. I had a 10 month relationship to a smokeshow of a girl and our other 2 roommates are a cute couple. Anytime there was a moment of affection, J would make a comment about how he's going to be alone forever etc, just praying we would sympathize with him and feed his hunger for pitiful attention. After a while, we all stopped acknowledging it and once I broke up with my then gf, I would try to convince him to join me in learning some pickup. I've been semi-successful at it, getting a few numbers and k-closes (still working on it) and he would would tell me that PU is sleezy and he didn't like the method, despite never looking at it. He's a decent looking ginger dude with a clean badass beard. He's pretty nerdy but owns up to that side of himself and he's very physically fit. He's has a lot of qualities he can play to his advantage but he still won't listen to any of my advice and at least try it. After a while I realized the only person you can help is yourself. Own your game and constantly improve it. The results will prove how wrong they are about your "method" and if they're man enough to follow, they will. Otherwise they can go back to getting drunk and hoping someone is just as drunk to fall for their bullshit.
