You're talking too much and doing nothing. Flirting and making her laugh is great. But you gotta escalate. See how she responds to your touch and your moves. At one particular moment, just stop talking and let there be silence. Look at her lips, let time slow down, move closer to her body, slowly go in for the kiss.

(Have you never done this before? I feel like most of this should be obvious. It's cool if you haven't, just asking because I'm puzzled.)

Make a move next time. If you're talking all night she's probably into you.

Just fuck it and go in for the kiss when you're alone. And then ask her out on a date before you leave (ice cream/bubble tea always works well for me)
