Build yourself up, one-up your conversation everyday, talk more. I've noticed that people are getting used to a new you over time. I came into work the quite guy who rarely talks, and bit by bit I became a more confident guy who's friends with everybody and talks to everyone on a regular basis. Start with an hello, continue to what's up? How was your day? Have you seen that movie/heard that song? Don't focus on trying to get her, focus on trying to develop a conversation, then when you feel like you've bonded enough with her, ask her out. EDIT: spelling
