Awesome. Be direct. Tell her why you're approaching. Could just be, "I thought you look nice so I wanted to meet you." Exact wording won't matter so much right now, just talk to someone and you'll start to figure it out. Women will give you instant feedback.

the direkt approch is a popular idea here on seddit. in the end as long as you approach it is a good thing! but I like to point out always give them a reason why you come over, it can be "I thought you where cute and wanted to say hi", this shows balls but if you just say hi you will come off a bit weird.s
