I've been reading tips on this subreddit for a long time now and I've been using these tips whenever I'm around girls I find attractive (maintaining eye contact, make her laugh, talk about something she's interested in and go from there) Unfortunately, when I told my friend how I felt about her she said she didn't feel the same way about me. she likes someone else who is really arrogant and a bit of an asshole at times. She knows this but is still trying to go after him. I just kept telling myself "I'll find someone and when I do, she'll be the luckiest girl in the world." I guess you could say being rejected has made me more confident. Just gotta keep looking.
