You're in one of them! The sidebar has great content, especially for inner game. Confidence is not something I think you can entirely learn from reddit, especially as it isn't something you entirely learn. Sure, there are things that can help you, but there is no such thing that will suddenly make you into James Bond.

That said, confidence can be trained. Books like Models have great information. What really helped me go from zero to hero was the holy trinity: /r/fitness (or /r/bodyweightfitness, if that's more your thing - it was for me!), /r/malefashionadvice, and /r/skincareaddiction. After I got those three down, I had gone from a skinny, nerdy dork to a good looking and well dressed young man. I was lucky that I started out when I was 17. I'm now 20. I didn't have any results with the ladies for the first 2 years, but now... oh boy...

The point I'm trying to make is that there is no magic pill, red or otherwise, that will make the process instantaneous. Want to know where to start? Read Models. I didn't until a few months ago, and it would have saved me a lot of time. Start out with those three subreddits. You'll notice that if you follow those three, one day you'll wake up, look in the mirror and realize you're an entirely different person - and that the change will have been for the better. That will also be the day that you realise it's not up to the woman to choose you, but up to you to choose the woman.

Holy shit, I've literally done all of those things about a year ago and you just summarized it perfectly, and I think this is probably the most empowering sentence I've read in relation to this transformation.

Initially TRP made a lot of sense because I had some unsavory experience with women, but I realized a few months later that I had no reason to be mad or bitter. I stuck around because it was cool to read about guys gaining the confidence to "slay pussy" and become the men that they wanted to be. I wanted to grow as well, but I did not want to become a TRP man.

Seddit is definitely a better place to learn about confidence, I just have to go thought the sidebar again for the 4th time because that stuff never gets old, I just forget about it sometimes. I've also worked really hard on my skin as my face was pretty bad, but I surprisingly found out that by going the nofap route it cleared up a lot. Nofap actually has helped a bit because it's forced me to stop being content with a quick jerk, I now have an urge to get out and talk to girls because I know that is more satisfying. I've also been lifting for the past 3 years and I'm in pretty awesome shape but I try to be humble about it.

I will definitely check out models, I've heard about it a few times here but never had it recommended to me personally.

Depends what you mean by similar content. /u/Mensrights offers a lot of perspective on male sociological issues, and really opened my eyes to the failings of feminism. While it's not as misogynistically toxic as the red pill, it does attract a lot of the same type. I usually found that outright misogyny was quickly downvoted. I left because it was otherwise toxic and bleak.

/r/Menslib is a feminist subreddit for men to discuss their issues.

/r/OneY is a place to discuss mens issues.

/r/MGTOW is a reactionary mens rights offshoot. They believe that due to the rise of feminism, society and women in general have become hostile to the concept of masculinity and are actively seeking it's destruction. They reject all societal expectations placed on men, and believe that the liberalisation of gender roles has allowed women to become predatory (sperm jacking, pussy pass, paternity law, divorce law). While concurrently the feminist narrative continues to demonise men, and eradicates any protection and equality they once had.

Being honest the labelling of /r/MensRights as a hate site was ridiculous in my opinion, especially compared to the likes of the red pill and MGTOW
