Sounds like your not showing sexual interest in the girls. If she’s jumping all over you and everyone is noticing it but your still not closing, then she’s probably feeling like your not interested in her. Like some else said create that physical contact and also create sexual tension

I think you should go out and do daygame. Do cold approaches and strike up conversations with girls in public, and close every single time. Once you have a solid habit of closing in daygame, you'll be more confident closing with girls in your social circles.
