Hey seddit i need some help. I dont know how to become an alpha. Im obviously a beta but if im pushed i can be an alpha. So i guess im a mix. My problem is that im tired of being the nice guy that everybody sees me as. Ive been cheated on twice and dumped because im too nice. Im a firefighter for 2 years and a martial artist for 21 years, treat women with respect, and im a gentleman. Yet im considered "too nice". Wtf?

People tell me i need to be more confident and outgoing. But im always talking to everybody, im extremely confident and i have no problem voicing my opinion when i need to. Im just very humble and come off as beta. How can i change this specifically? Most alpha males that i see are just assholes who think they are gods gift to everyone. Obviously its not everybody or even the majority but i work with a ton of alpha males. How do i do that without being a jerk?

Any idea or questions you can ask me to why im seen as a beta. How do i get that alpha look. Im tired of people trying to take advantage of me when they are dead wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
