So, there's this really hot girl who lives like half a mile away from me. We've both known of each other since Jr.High, however, she went to a private hs school so we didn't go to highschool together.

We've basically never spoken to each other or made contact since jr.high, but we both know where each other live and I'll occasionally see her driving around town or walking her dog down my street, I get the vibe that we're both on eachother's radar.

So my question is, how do I approach her/ask her out. Furthermore, when I do ask her out, how casual should it be? We're both in good shape and I've seen her running from time to time, could I just message her over Facebook or IG, and be like "Hey, did I see you running the other day? Would you want to go for a run together sometime?

Any ideas on how I should approach this situation?
