So I try to get as much motivation to hit on girls as possible. I take part also on nofap. But lately I have been realizing that when I see a hot chick on Instagram I get already gratification out of just scrolling down her page, I then think of hitting on her and because she's not right there I have time to overthink it. Does anybody else feel like that?
