Do the opposite of what you're doing now. Clearly what you're doing now doesn't work. Post more. Also make it seem like you're a lot more adventurous than you actually are.

I typically ask girls for their Instagram instead of their number these days.

You can find out a lot about them (like if they have a boyfriend) and see if they follow you back. Plus the messenger is really good, it lets you delete messages you already sent and has an integrated gify search.

It's pretty rare for me to get turned down, only happened twice with 30+ adds. And once was with a girl I've known for years and is a frigid bitch.

I've had a few girls even get excited when I asked them for it!

Myself, I don't even post pictures of myself. Just stuff that shows my SMV; a badge from a conference I was speaking at, the ocean views from my new office, new fancy restaurants I'm checking out. That kind of stuff.
