Not a good sign for you, but certainly not bad either. All else fails girls have other girl friends. Seduction isn't about meeting 1 girl, it's about meeting multiple girls you then can pick the best one you like (rather than settling). Anyways girls have other friends they can introduce you to is my point

What do you suggest i do?

Say "thank you for your kind offer, but I have to say no". Maybe it's just me but I can't bear the thought of living with people in the same apartment. Usually they're loud, don't clean, eat your food and in general behave like they live alone. Too much stress.

imo, living with people is not the same as building attraction.

I've lived with people (friends) who I thought were cool but their habits annoyed the shit out of me or you'd annoy them too much with your habits.

Keep that in mind. I would list out the pros and cons of it then go from there.
