I agree though you could have worded this all better.

Approach anxiety should be anticipated, rather than rejected. I once read about how anxiety and excitement are the exact same emotion, only one was negative, and the other was positive.

So if you just think of that "anxiety" as being a good thing, and the faster you just get the approach over with you'll feel amazing. After you start to desensitize yourself to the approach, you start to crave the build up and release of excitement.

It's interesting, when you first see a girl you want to approach, you get a huge spike of excitement, but the longer you wait without approaching and start thinking, that excitement quickly turns to anxiety. That's why the best thing to do is to make the approach the second you see the girl you want, dont allow yourself to think. Ride the excitement through the whole interaction, and even if you get blown out, youll feel a huge sense of joy and relief. Because you didnt let that excitement turn to anxiety.
